Rates

Impact ABA Therapy is currently credentialed through Tricare and there are set fees for reimbursement.

Our private pay fees: hours will vary based on medically necessity

• $500 flat fee for Initial Assessment
• $500 flat fee for Treatment Update (every 6 months)
• $85 hourly for ABA therapy provided by  a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA)
• $65 hourly for ABA therapy provided by a Registered Behavior Technician(RBT).
• $125 hourly for Parent Training completed by a BCBA.
• $125 hourly for Clinical Supervision of RBT completed by BCBA.
• $125 hourly for Monthly client programming completed by BCBA

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for ABA services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include ABA benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Do I have a co-pay? If so, what is it and do I have a cap?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment for private pay fees. We accept all major credit cards for cost shares and co-pays.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
