Alicia Grinstead

Alicia is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Clinical Coordinator at Impact ABA Therapy. Since joining Impact in 2022, she has played a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly while also supporting both the clinical team and the families they serve.

With three years of experience in the ABA field, Alicia brings both knowledge and compassion to her work. Born and raised in San Diego, Alicia is proud to be a military spouse. She holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Southern New Hampshire University, providing her with a strong foundation to support both the children served by Impact ABA Therapy and their families.

As a mother of two, including one child with autism, Alicia is deeply passionate about supporting children and families through ABA therapy. Her personal and professional experiences drive her commitment to helping families navigate their unique journeys, fostering a positive and supportive environment for all.

In her free time, Alicia enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new places, and finding creative ways to bring joy and structure to daily life. She believes that every interaction holds the power to make a meaningful difference.
