Ciera Johnson

Ciera is one of our dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) serving Wayne County. With a passion for helping children reach their full potential, Ciera brings compassion, empathy, and enthusiasm to her role at Impact ABA Therapy. She is currently studying Human Services at Nash Community College, further enhancing her knowledge and skills in the field.

With over two years of experience, Ciera has emerged as a skilled professional in the field. She especially enjoys working with early learner clients, finding joy in their growth and development during the formative years.

Ciera's commitment to excellence and her ability to connect with children and families make her an invaluable part of our team. Outside of work, she enjoys giving back to the community, being involved in her church, participating in dance ministry, reading, writing, and watching sports.
