Sarah Dalton

Sarah, originally from Minnesota, brings a wealth of experience and passion to her work at Impact ABA Therapy. After spending seven years teaching elementary education in Minot, North Dakota, she relocated to North Carolina. During her time in North Dakota, Sarah worked with a diverse range of learners, and she found herself particularly drawn to those who required additional support and care. Her natural ability to connect with students led many to suggest she pursue a career in special education.

In May of 2024, Sarah earned her Master's Degree in Special Education with a focus on Challenging Behaviors. With a desire for a career change, she discovered Impact ABA Therapy and has been with Impact since 2024. Sarah is passionate about witnessing the progress her clients make, and she is deeply committed to helping them thrive.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah is a dedicated mother to her nearly 2-year-old child, who keeps her on her toes. She also enjoys spending time with her 8-year-old dog, who loves hiking and walking alongside her. Photography is one of Sarah’s great passions, and she enjoys capturing keepsake moments for families. Whether at the beach, hunting, hiking, or running, Sarah is always outside. She is currently training for the Neuse River Bridge 1/2 Marathon in May, pushing herself to new heights in both her personal and professional life
