Yadelis Escarfullery

Yadelis is originally from Puerto Rico. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she has the joy and pleasure of serving Impact’s clients in Nash and Johnston Counties. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez and a master’s in applied behavior analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. She is currently on the path to becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Yadelis has two years of experience in the ABA field and five years in Early Childhood Education focusing on children with special needs. She is deeply passionate about helping kids learn and grow by teaching them new skills.

At Impact, Yadelis strives to create meaningful connections with the families she serves, ensuring every child feels supported in their journey to success. She values the collaborative nature of ABA and takes pride in seeing her clients reach milestones that improve their quality of life.

When she is not working, Yadelis enjoys playing volleyball, baking delicious treats, exploring nature on walks, and traveling to new places with her family.
